Frustrated

Soooo I really have been wanting to draw Mingus Mtn and Jerome from this view from my apartment complex but I haven't seemed to find the time. The tones are awesome when the sun is setting. With my 10 hour shifts I am not finding the time to sit out when I want to and draw this beautiful site! I guess I will have to just take the drawing else where until I can draw the mountain when the time is right...

Wow the pain was horrendous but I did it. Jeff is such a nice guy and he did an amazing job. I would suggest him to anyone.

Amy Brown

I love Amy's fairies. They have always been what I liked to draw. I didn't think I had ever seen one of her drawings but I looked up her sketches on her website. This was my favorite fairy.

Norman Rockwell
Ok I will admit I was looking at the other blogs and Jeff had done his homework. He had a really good idea with choosing Norman. I remember my junior high teacher having Norman Rockwell art all over the classroom. I found this cute NR drawing and had to share.



Alex Pardee

When put up to my facebook friends the first response to famous artists that draw was Alex Pardee. My friend Joe in Tx gave me that idea. I googled it and amazingly I liked what I saw. It is all so different.



Alex Ross

My brother also offered up his opinion. My brother was always drawing when I was little. My brother also loved comics. My brother chose Alex Ross. Once I googled Alex R I instantly recognized his art. These characters are characters I know. I love seeing the original idea in it's original art form.

Damn cell phones!

It is bad enough that I have to rely on my cell phone for phone calls and such but I have always used it as an alarm. Today it just decided not to go off and here I am at home again missing my morning classes. ARG! Damn technology. At least maybe I will catch up on all my drawings... :)
